Session Packages | IN-PERSON / AT-HOME
In person training sessions are 60 minutes long. This will include a warm up, strength training, and stretching. They can be done in your home or in a space that allows for training within a 10 mile radius of Tuckerton, NJ. Anything over 10 miles will include a $10 charge per session.

Online Exercise Programs | PERSONALIZED
Online programs will be sent via the SUPERSET appl, personalized to each individual for four complete weeks. These programs will change monthly. Prior to sending out any programs, an online PAR-Q will need to be filled out.
